Remote Check-Out & Remote Check-In!

Renting a Trailer

  • Call or text us for what day(s) and time you're needing the trailer.
  • We will send you the paperwork via text or email (whichever the client prefers). Fill out the form and let us know once you have completed it.
  • Call us when you get to the lot for the pad lock combination.
  • Open the pad lock to reveal the keys to the trailer.
  • Remove pad lock (as shown in picture, you will do the same thing to attach it back on the trailer when you drop it off).
  • Remove signs and concrete block under the jack and place it behind the trailer to avoid running it over.
  • Cross the chains once, and twist them (if needed) to avoid dragging and damaging the chains (for bumper pull trailers).
  • Attach RED emergency break-away cable to the towing vehicle itself. DO NOT ATTACH BREAK-AWAY CABLE TO THE CHAINS.
  • Text us pictures or video of the trailer connected to the towing vehicle as well as when you return it.
  • Let us know when you have brought the trailer back and park it in the same spot where you picked it up from.

Tie Down Straps

We provide tie down straps with our  car hauler trailers. Make sure to only use the snap hooks on the D-rings on the trailer or use the provided stake pocket D-rings. Two common ways they get damaged are by putting the snap hooks on the rub rail and by placing the strap where it rubs.
